About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer with hands-on experience in process design, optimization, and implementation to drive production excellence. This role is critical to improving manufacturing efficiency, enhancing sustainability, reducing costs, and maximizing profitability across operations.

This is an active, production-focused role that will partner closely with cross-functional teams to lead process improvement initiatives and capital equipment projects from concept to certification.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to implementation and certification

Evaluate existing manufacturing processes, collect data, and identify areas for improvement

Lead system upgrades, testing, and validation for production efficiency and quality gains

Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent output

Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical risk assessments

Provide detailed process documentation, technical reports, and operating instructions

Support capital equipment investments with strong technical oversight and project management

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment

Previous leadership of production, maintenance, or continuous improvement teams preferred

Strong understanding of process engineering principles and process-related standards

Proficient in process simulation tools and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)

Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies

Familiarity with health and safety regulations and risk analysis procedures

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical preferred)

Requirements

  • Excellent technical skills

  • Knowledge of process related standards

  • Experience in process simulations

  • Working knowledge of process engineering software packages

  • *CAD or AutoCad skills

  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations

  • Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills

  • BS degree in Engineering ( Ideally mechanical or chemical).
